Refund policy
Returns and Refunds.
Due to health and safety reasons change of mind or wrong colour purchases, we are unfortunately unable to return or refund. This is both if a product has been opened or not.
If we have advised what product and shade is best for you and it turns out wrong, we are more than happy to exchange. Simply get back in touch with us within 5 days, and we can arrange the return of the wrong product and send out the new product once the wrong one is received.
If your item is faulty, please be in touch with us from 5 days of receiving the product. We will need photo proof, and will fix the problem for you.
We are unable to refund Gift Vouchers or items given as a gift.
